Game Overview
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze will be the first franchise game on the Nintendo Switch! Donkey Kong has become covered with ice due to the invasion of Snezhnikov, and now Kongam is to melt it!
Together with Donkey Kong, Diddie Kong, Dixie Kong and Krenki Kong swim, jump, swing on lianas and explore islands full of dangers, hidden bonuses and unforgettable boss battles! Use the unique techniques of each character to explore all the islands far and wide, find special items and even secret exits.
Game Features
The game continues on from the side-scrolling platform gameplay of the Donkey Kong Country series and sees Donkey Kong and his friends traveling through seven different islands in order to defeat the Snowmads. Controls are similar to the previous game, with the addition of being able to pluck items from the ground and pick up and throw stunned enemies, and various controllers can be used with customizable controls.

- To boost performance on Yuzu emu, as soon as you get into the game press ‘ctrl + u’ to remove fps lock and subsequently unlock more FPS. (You can see the unlocked status next to your FPS counter)
- To boost performance on Ryu emu, disable the V-sync option either before boot up or while playing to see the FPS difference. (Screen tearing may happen, so beware)
- 100% Lossless, but NOT MD5 Perfect: encryption was removed for better repack size
- NOTHING ripped, NOTHING re-encoded
- After-install integrity check so you could make sure that everything installed properly
- Language can be changed in emulators’ settings
- Use the older build of Ryujinx from the “_Ryujinx Windows 7” folder to play on Windows 7
- At least 2 GB of free RAM (inc. virtual) is required for installing this repack
