We decided that some colors would have allowed us not only to emphasize some visceral moments, but to tell the story through color in a way that the original game could not.

The Shadows Edition, which includes the base game Batman: The Telltale Series and the new black-style DLC, is now available on Xbox One and PC via Steam, on December 20, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and later on Nintendo Switch and Epic Game Store.
